We offer several brief training programs for small groups of students on request.

Initiatives for such a group can also be made by sending an email to or on our Contact page. In your email please indicate the number of students involved and the nature of the training you wish to take part.

Offered topics for training groups (among others):

  • relaxation methods
  • stress management
  • effective learning strategies

Small groups may involve 5–8 students and include 2–4 sessions, 1 (or 2) hour each. Scheduling is appointed regarding the needs of the participants (within the facilities of the counselling service).
